Richard Meinert is an architect and builder with more than 20 years of experience working with clients.
On the design side, Meinert has worked on a wide variety of commercial projects from offices, medical clinics and churches, to banks and shopping centers. He has also worked extensively with real estate developers and investors on condominium and apartment projects, including state and federal tax credit projects.
As a builder, Meinert focuses on new construction of large custom homes, as well as renovations and additions. Many of these projects are design/build engagements, in which comprehensive management of both aspects takes place simultaneously.
